Planning The Trip
It takes 2-1/2 hours to get TO Raleigh-Durham Airport from Jacksonville.
You should arrive at the airport an 1-1/2 hours prior to departure time.
Check the airline prices against each other and make your choice.
We suggest NEVER booking the last return fight.
If something happens to that flight such as bad weather, over-booking of seats, or mechanical problems you will be LATE in returning TO THE BASE.
Take one or two flights ahead of the last one, so you have at least one flight back as back up.
Keep in touch with our office if you become delayed for any reason.
We will make arrangements to pick you up (late) and still get you back to the base, rather than leave you stranded at the airport until the next day.
